Pets, smoking, drug use, gambling, loud noise, or any illegal activities are prohibited inside the facility.
Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the hotel (including the outdoor balconies). Violations will be subject to a fine of up to NT$10,000 in accordance with the Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act, and the hotel will also charge a cleaning fee of NT$3,000.
In case of equipment damage or malfunction, compensation or cleaning fees will be charged as appropriate.
Check-in time is after 3:00 PM and check-out time is before 11:00 AM. The front desk provides 24-hour service.
Late check-out will incur an additional charge of NT$500 per hour, with the latest check-out time being 1 p.m., and is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Please book the room type according to the actual number of guests. A cleaning fee of NT$600 will be charged for each additional guest per day.
Infant and toddler supplies can be provided; please inform us in advance.
We accept cash and credit card payments.

To ensure the security of your transaction, this booking system will pre-authorize your credit card for the full room fee after booking.
If you book in person at the hotel, you need to pay 30% of the total room rate as a deposit; if it is a public holiday, you need to pay 50% of the total room rate as a deposit.
You can choose to pay by cash or credit card (VISA, MASTER, JCB, UnionPay, CITS Card) upon check-in.
The name of the person registering for check-in must match the name of the person who made the reservation. Please present a valid ID when checking in.
If a guest fails to arrive on the day of check-in, the full room rate will be charged as a penalty.
